1. Damaged or a printing error? (Free)
Did the package arrive damaged, or is there a printing error?

• No problem! Just send us a photo via email or WhatsApp.
• Solution: We'll send you a replacement immediately and free of charge . In most cases, you don't even need to send the broken picture back.

2. Don't like it? (Cancellation)
Does the design not suit your room after all?

• You have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
• Procedure: Send us a short email to [YOUR EMAIL].
• Returns: Since we produce each image especially for you ("print-on-demand"), we ask for your understanding that you bear the direct costs of the return shipment . As soon as the goods arrive back at our warehouse, we will refund the purchase price.
